Healthy Granola

Ingredients:

  • Rolled oats 3 cups
  • Sun flower seeds 1/2 cup
  • Pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup
  • Flax seed powder 2tbsp
  • Coarsely chopped walnuts 1/2 cup
  • Dried cranberries 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Stevia 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 4 tbsp
  • Maple syrup 4 bsp
  • Honey 2 to 4 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Method:

Preheat oven at 300 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl except cranberries then add all the liquid ingredients mix all well, place it in a baking sheet, bake it for around 40 minutes or until nicely toasted and crunchy, keep tossing every 15 minutes to avoid burning on sides, remove it from oven let it cool then add dried cranberries, store it in a dry airtight container.
