Instant Egg and Sooji Halwa



  • Sooji (semolina) 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Powdered milk 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Green cardamom 2
  • Kewra drops
  • Yellow colour a pinch
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Nuts as desired


Pour in ghee and cardamoms in wok, wait for ghee to heat up then add in sooji and stir until light golden, in a bowl beat in eggs powder milk sugar food colour kewra drops and water, mixture should be runny, add this mix in the wok and stir constantly to avoid curdling of eggs, when all the mixture comes together and leaves side its ready, serve the hot halwa in serving dish and garnish with your choice of nuts.
