- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking sofa
- Pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup coffee
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 oil flavour less oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4tbsp Nutella at room temperature
- 1 cup butter (room temperature)
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pre heat oven at 350 degrees
In a large bowl whisk eggs,add all the wet ings then dry ingredients and mix in well.
Pour in cup cake cases half filled and place in medium rack for 10 to 15 minutes or until skewer inserted comes out clean.
Cool cupcakes completely on a wire rack.
Cream butter with electric mixer add in icing sugar, keep beating until light n fluffy then gradually add in Nutella n vanilla extract.
Pour in the frosting in a piping bag with star nozzle and decorate as desired.
Keep the cupcakes in fridge for a while then serve.
