Spicy Chicken and Pasta Salad



  • Chicken breast 1
  • Mustard paste 1tbsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Tobasco sauce 1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 1/4th tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For Salad:
  • Cucumber cubes 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1 cut in strips
  • Cherry tomato 12 to 15 cut in half
  • Carrots 1/2 cup strips
  • Cabbage 1 cup shredded
  • Pasta boiled 1 cup

For dressing:

  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Sour cream 1 tbsp
  • Mixed dried herbs 1/4th tsp
  • Tobasco sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate chicken with salt pepper tobasco sauce lemon juice and garlic powder, place the chicken breast in hot pan and cook for three minutes on each side or until well cooked, remove from pan let it cool then cut in strips and set aside.

For dressing, mix in mayonnaise with tobasco sauce lemon juice oregano or Italian seasoning, salt and pepper (if needed) and mix until light and fluffy.

Take a large bowl place all the vegetables, pasta, chicken and the dressing mix everything well until coated, top it with some chicken strips, chill and serve.
